Guest lecture by French activist Bernard Grois for students of the Department of French Philology

Last week, on Thursday 10.10.2024, a guest lecture for students of the Department of French Philology was held with Bernard Grois, a Breton pro-Ukrainian activist living in Nantes, France. Bernard Grois is also a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, financial auditor,
former company director, photographer, contributor to various media outlets (including Informnapalm, Ukraine Crisis Media Centre, and Ukrinform), anti-Putin activist since 2014, volunteer at the French-Ukrainian Association Trident in Nantes, and has a special interest in Russian propaganda and hybrid warfare mechanisms.

The students discussed with the founder and speaker of the international collective “No Shtandart in Europe” the violation of sanctions imposed after the massacre in Bucha, the ship promoting Russian imperialist culture, the promotion of Ukrainian culture and the need to sound Ukrainian narratives in theEuropean Union, in particular in France.
